The Reserve

The Reserve is a private gated community on breathtakingly preserved acres of Pawley’s Island, South Carolina. Nestled between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, the property is a private golf sanctuary amongst the crowded beachfront courses of South Carolina’s coast. Complimented by best-in-class service and fine dining.  The Reserve’s cornerstone is a nicely-paced Greg Norman designed golf course that ranks #5 among the nearly one-hundred courses that bestrew the Grand Strand.  The Reserve has its own full service marina and all the other amenities you would come to expect from such a prestigious neighborhood.  The Reserve also is the proud host to the Pawley’s Island Festival of Music and Art each year.

Ricefields

Located in Pawleys Island, SC beside the Waccamaw River, Ricefields nestles comfortably among ages old moss-draped oaks, on land once occupied by historic rice plantations. The land’s history remains a part of our heritage.  Ricefields’ natural setting is the soul of our community, and living with Mother Nature comes easily here. Pleasures fall gently upon us, as we settle quietly into the slower pace of South Carolina’s Lowcountry, in a place we call Home.
